Hey Look, It's a New Year.

We hope everyone had an enjoyable break. We certainly did, well most of us were laid out flat from the damn flu, but the rest had a great time. 2012 was a banner year for our community. We saw a lot of great work. We're hoping that 2013 holds more of the same. So in the words of a much more intelligent man, "Let the wild rumpus begin!"

Here it is. The Christmas break. We hope you're able to enjoy some cozy time with the people you love. Before you tear-ass out of town, we just wanted to say a few things. We've had the privilege of spending another 365 days with the people in this community. That makes us incredibly happy. There are so many awesome things going on in this awesome place. And that's all because of you awesome people. So from all of us here at The SLC Egotist we just want to say thank you for being awesome. Enjoy your time off and stay safe. We'll see you next year.

You've heard of Kickstarter right? Crowd sourcing the entrepreneurial spirit and all that. Ostensibly Kickstarter is a great service to people trying to do their own thing.
